- Build and maintain strong and long lasting customer relationships
- Generate and implement business development strategies to secure new sales opportunities and professional partnerships
- Organize and attend regular meetings with new and existing Professional Partners and Clients
- Assist with any queries, questions, and concerns from Professional Partners and Clients
- Engage in all CRM activities, stay abreast of its features to utilize and maximize system benefits
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects and share with internal teams
- Liaise closely with marketing, finance, sales support, and operations to keep clients updated
- Follow up on client payments
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales/client engagement/account management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service/relationship management
- Working knowledge of CRM platform
- Full English proficiency
- Valid driver's license and own transport

Role Overview
- The role of Client Engagement Manager (CEM)/Sales Account Executive centers around the sale of IFZA licenses and products and building solid relationships with Professional Partners and Clients.
- Requires developing relationships and generating business from existing partners, and sourcing new leads to meet sales targets.
- CEMs also liaise with sales support, operations, finance, and corporate trainers to ensure clients are fully informed.
Key Responsibilities

Required Profile

- Valid driver's license and own transport.
