Job Overview

  • Licensing Specialist at IFZA Dubai, a dynamic Free Zone Community.
  • Pivotal role in ensuring seamless and timely processing of license renewals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Submit applications for licenses, establishment card renewals and necessary amendments.
  • Ensure accuracy of renewal applications by thoroughly reviewing all details.
  • Monitor and update the CRM with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify errors and promptly inform relevant Renewal CROs and Consultants for corrective actions.
  • Track the status of license renewals and update relevant employees.
  • Collaborate effectively with finance, sales, and operations departments to facilitate the renewal process.
  • Assist the renewals team to ensure efficient and effective process execution.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Full English proficiency required.
  • Additional spoken languages are a plus.
  • Intermediate computer literacy required (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and moderate mathematical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a multicultural team.
  • Demonstrated experience with data processing and CRM systems.
  • Industry knowledge relating to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes are advantageous but not mandatory.
