Overview
- Join the pre opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a landmark destination on the Saudi coast. As Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the successful opening and ongoing operation of the resort.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and manage end to end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
- Partner closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives locally and internationally.
- Ensure all job postings, candidate tracking, and hiring processes are managed through Workday (WD).
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Support pre employment processes including offers, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice and deliver a positive candidate experience.
