Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of departmental strategies and concepts
- Ensure beverage operations meet brand target customer needs and maximize financial performance
- Maintain constant communication with suppliers and bring in activations to the venue
- Control inventories and maintain healthy par stock for the bar
- Deliver products and services to meet or exceed expectations of target customers and employees
- Develop strong relationships with best guests and federate employees around projects and goals
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and check stock and requisition necessary supplies
- Communicate last call at designated closing time
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Requirements
- Experience overseeing beverage operations and developing departmental strategies
- Ability to maximize financial performance and grow revenues
- Strong inventory control and par stock management skills
- Excellent guest relations and relationship building skills
- Leadership experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees
- Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations

Key Responsibilities
