About the Location

  • AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments.
  • Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising rooms, suites, villas with private pools, and 26 branded residential villas.
  • The resort will include a luxury spa, Organic Spa Garden, fitness collaboration with Harley Pasternak, and a 27 hole oceanfront golf course.

The Role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support the hotel’s operational excellence and service standards.
  • You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, efficient, and professional recruitment experience while strengthening the employer brand.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using appropriate recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
  • Support onboarding processes in coordination with People & Culture.
  • Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources, preferably within hospitality.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and results‑driven mindset.
