Role Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages end to end recruitment across multiple business units with focus on hospitality, F&B, entertainment, and seasonal workforce projects.
  • Reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding.
  • Source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Prepare offer recommendations and employment documentation.
  • Conduct reference and background checks where required.
  • Support high volume recruitment campaigns for hospitality openings, events, and seasonal operations.
  • Coordinate mass hiring events, assessment days, and recruitment drives.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring seasonal requirements.
  • Screen and interview international candidates for overseas recruitment.
  • Ensure overseas recruitment complies with Saudi labour regulations.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, and agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records within ATS and prepare recruitment reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Mandatory experience recruiting within Hospitality and F&B.
  • Experience recruiting for luxury hospitality, restaurants, entertainment venues, or lifestyle destinations.
  • Experience supporting overseas recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Full cycle recruitment expertise.
  • High volume recruitment experience.
  • Hospitality recruitment expertise.
  • Workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting capability.
  • Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
