Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Manage reservations, walk ins, and waiting lists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables while introducing the restaurant experience
- Provide accurate information about the venue, menus, promotions, and events
- Handle guest enquiries and special seating requests promptly and courteously
- Ensure every guest receives a positive first and last impression of the restaurant
- Monitor the dining room to ensure a seamless guest flow
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimize table availability and seating
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the restaurant's luxury brand image at all times
- Work closely with managers, servers, and support staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Hostess or Captain Waitress in hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs

Opportunity Overview
- We are looking for an energetic, well presented, and guest focused Hostess who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality with warmth and professionalism in luxury restaurant environments.
- As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable first impressions.
- This is approximately a 45 day activation event running from 15 July 2026 to 30 August 2026.
- This opportunity is based at a resort in Saudi Arabia, with flights, accommodation, and meals provided by the company.
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations, walk ins, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables while introducing the restaurant experience.
- Provide accurate information about the venue, menus, promotions, and events.
- Handle guest enquiries and special seating requests promptly and courteously.
- Ensure every guest receives a positive first and last impression of the restaurant.
Service Excellence
- Monitor the dining room to ensure a seamless guest flow.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimize table availability and seating.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
- Balance a warm, engaging personality with the high service standards expected in a premium hospitality environment.
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the restaurant's luxury brand image at all times.
Team & Operations
- Work closely with managers, servers, and support staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist with opening and closing hostess duties.
- Keep the reception, waiting area, and entrance clean, organized, and inviting.
- Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining a calm and welcoming presence.
- Follow company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Hostess or Captain Waitress in hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs.
- Understanding of restaurant service to VIP guests.
- Understanding of the flow of service.
- Experience in high energy or fast paced environments.
