- Manage end to end recruitment from manpower request through onboarding
- Source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates for permanent, temporary, contract, and seasonal positions
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Prepare offer recommendations and employment documentation
- Conduct reference and background checks where required
- Support large scale recruitment campaigns for hospitality openings, events, festivals, and seasonal operations
- Coordinate mass hiring events, assessment days, and recruitment drives
- Build talent pipelines for recurring seasonal requirements
- Screen and interview international candidates; ensure overseas recruitment complies with Saudi labour regulations
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Prepare employment offers and recruitment reports
- Promote SIHAMCO as an employer of choice at recruitment events and career fairs
Requirements
- Proven global experience recruiting within luxury hospitality and F&B
- Experience with high volume recruitment campaigns
- Experience with overseas recruitment and compliance with Saudi labour regulations
- Highly organized, proactive, thrives in a fast paced environment
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS

Overview
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end to end recruitment activities across multiple business units, with a strong focus on hospitality, Food & Beverage (F&B), entertainment, and large scale seasonal workforce projects. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
End to End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates for permanent, temporary, contract, and seasonal positions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Prepare offer recommendations and employment documentation.
- Conduct reference and background checks where required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Hospitality & F&B Recruitment
- Experience recruiting for luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, premium venues, entertainment destinations, and lifestyle developments is highly preferred.
High Volume & Seasonal Recruitment
- Support large scale recruitment campaigns for hospitality openings, events, festivals, and seasonal operations.
- Coordinate mass hiring events, assessment days, and recruitment drives.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring seasonal requirements.
- Manage recruitment timelines to meet project mobilization deadlines.
- Maintain a ready pool of qualified hospitality professionals.
Overseas Recruitment
- Screen and interview international candidates.
- Ensure overseas recruitment complies with Saudi labour regulations and company policies.
- Support document verification and candidate readiness before deployment.
- Coordinate mobilization schedules with recruitment partners.
Talent Sourcing
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including: LinkedIn Recruiter, Social media, Employee referrals, Recruitment agencies, Career fairs, Universities and hospitality institutes.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Administration
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and compliant.
- Prepare employment offers and recruitment reports.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics.
- Ensure confidentiality of candidate information.
Employer Branding
- Promote SIHAMCO as an employer of choice.
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Represent SIHAMCO at recruitment events and hospitality career fairs.
- Build long term relationships with hospitality professionals.
