About the Role
FNRCO is seeking a Talent Attraction Analyst to manage and support end-to-end recruitment activities within the Saudi market.
The role focuses on sourcing and attracting qualified talent for IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Aviation, and other specialized technical positions.
The successful candidate will build talent pipelines, manage recruitment processes, and provide Saudi talent market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, databases, professional networks, and other channels.
- Recruit for specialized positions across IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Aviation, and related functions.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assessments, and prepare candidate profiles and shortlists.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer management and negotiation within approved company guidelines.
- Build candidate pipelines and talent pools and maintain accurate ATS records.
- Conduct talent mapping and Saudi market research on talent availability and recruitment trends.
- Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment recommendations.
