Contract and Service Delivery

  • Own end-to-end O&M contract delivery in line with contractual obligations and OEM standards.
  • Manage PPM schedules, corrective maintenance, spare parts, system availability, scope, variations, and change orders.
  • Manage labour utilization, subcontractors, material costs, margins, and contract growth opportunities.

Team Leadership and Operations

  • Lead and roster a multidisciplinary field team across a 24/7/365 shift model.
  • Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, maintain training matrices, and develop succession depth.
  • Manage on-call rotations, shift handovers, and manpower mobilization during peak seasons and major events.

Stakeholder and Authority Interface

  • Serve as the primary contact for client operations, engineering, and contracts teams.
  • Coordinate works with airport operators, terminal operators, ground handlers, and other contractors.
  • Liaise with Jawazat, MOI, airport security, and RSAF on restricted-area access and system operations.
  • Manage security clearances, permits, badging, NDAs, and compliance with airport authority regulations.

KPI and SLA Performance

  • Maintain contractual SLA response and resolution times and document root-cause analysis for breaches.
  • Drive uptime, MTTR, MTBF, PPM completion, first-time-fix, and backlog performance.
  • Build dashboards from CMMS/BMS data and issue weekly and monthly client reports.
  • Implement reliability, predictive analytics, and spare-parts optimization improvements.

Quality, HSE, and Compliance

  • Enforce method statements, work permits, testing and commissioning records, and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, LOTO, working-at-height, and hot-work procedures.
  • Maintain calibration records and asset registers and conduct audits and site quality inspections.
  • Lead incident investigations and close NCRs within agreed timeframes.

Commercial and Reporting

  • Prepare monthly service reports, invoicing packages, and revenue recognition inputs.
  • Forecast manpower, material, and subcontractor spend against budget.
  • Report contract health, risks, mitigation plans, and growth opportunities to regional management.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in service contract or O&M operations.
  • Arabic language capability.
  • Experience with 24/7 field-team leadership, contract performance, maintenance, SLA/KPI management, and commercial reporting.
