FNRCO is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator.
The role manages supply chain activities, transportation, storage, and logistics coordination to meet company objectives.
Supply Chain Management
- Oversee and manage the logistics process from procurement to delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery.
Transportation Coordination
- Plan and execute transportation strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure compliance with timelines.
Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare and manage shipping and logistics documentation, including customs paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international shipping standards.
Communication and Problem Solving
- Act as the primary contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align logistics operations with business needs.
- Identify and resolve delays, damages, discrepancies, and other logistical challenges.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation regulations, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic communication is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Complete knowledge of airfreight, express shipments, LTL, FTL, ocean, and bulk shipping.
