- Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates
- Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and reporting metrics
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and employment legislation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing full cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn and major recruitment platforms
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- English fluency is required; Arabic is preferred

The Role
