- Manage end to end recruiting operations, including creating requisitions, posting roles, and optimizing job board strategy
- Identify and implement effective sourcing channels and local advertising tactics to attract qualified talent
- Partner with hiring managers to support candidate selection and ensure timely, efficient onboarding processes
- Lead the planning and execution of virtual and on site hiring events, including logistics, promotion, and candidate engagement
- Serve as the primary candidate contact while enhancing employer branding, managing recruitment tools (SuccessFactors), and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent work experience
- 2 5 years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiting specialist
- 2 years experience in high volume recruitment
- 2 years experience with sourcing candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter
- 2 years experience with ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
- 1 year experience working with a CRM (e.g., Fountain, Avature)
