About the Role
Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Air Logistics Customs Clearance Specialist to manage end-to-end air logistics operations, handle customs clearance, coordinate cargo retrieval/handover, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities
- Monitor shipment status, manage end‑to‑end air logistics operations and ensure all service timelines are met
- Handle customs clearance processes
- Coordinate with GHA for cargo retrieval/handover including delivery order issuance, slot booking and customs inspection when applicable
- Nominate customer/agent for direct collection at terminal when required
- Arrange transportation and ensure timely cargo collection/delivery
- Update shipment milestones and upload required documents in a timely manner
- Prepare and control shipment documentation such as exit/entry forms, claim submissions and related paperwork
- Handle discrepancies and deviations, including missing cargo, cargo damage reports and claims with proactive updates to stakeholders
- Report operational issues, disputes or discrepancies to supervisors, managers, divisional managers or branch managers in an immediate manner

Job Overview
- Air Logistics Customs Clearance Specialist is responsible for providing high quality end to end operational services including customs clearance, cargo retrieval/handover, documentation and transport coordination to ensure that cargo is received and delivered in good condition within the agreed time
