About the Role
Kuehne+Nagel seeks an Air Logistics Warehouse Operations Executive to manage end-to-end air logistics operations, including customs clearance, cargo handling, documentation, and transport coordination.

Responsibilities
- Monitor shipment status, manage end to end air logistics operations and ensure all service timelines are met
- Handle customs clearance processes
- Coordinate with GHA for cargo retrieval/handover including delivery order issuance, slot booking and customs inspection when applicable
- Nominate customer/agent for direct collection at terminal when required
- Arrange transportation and ensure timely cargo collection/delivery
- Update shipment milestones and upload required documents in a timely manner
- Prepare and control shipment documentation such as exit/entry forms, claim submissions and related paperwork
- Handle discrepancies and deviations, including missing cargo, cargo damage reports and claims with proactive updates to stakeholders
- Report operational issues, disputes or discrepancies to supervisors, managers, divisional managers or branch managers in an immediate manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in air logistics operations and AOG cargo
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and air cargo handling
- Experience in leading teams or supervising operational functions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy
- Proficiency in shipment documentation and milestone management
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to work in a shift based schedule

Role Overview
