Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet organizational needs.
The role emphasizes recruitment strategy, communication, and relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Sourcing and recruitment
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies for various company roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruiting events.
- Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and manage candidate pipelines.
Candidate experience
- Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback while maintaining a professional and positive company image.
Hiring-manager collaboration
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
- Help define job descriptions and role requirements.
Offers and onboarding
- Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as required.
- Assist with onboarding new hires to support a smooth transition.
Employer branding
- Represent the company positively as an employer of choice.
- Attend career fairs and networking events to build relationships with potential candidates.
