Role Overview
Manage the company’s social media presence and online community.
Create engaging content, grow online communities, and drive brand awareness across social platforms.

Platform Management and Organic Content
- Manage daily operations for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok accounts.
- Co-plan, create, and publish organic posts using CapCut, Mojo, Canva, and similar tools.
- Develop platform-specific content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions, queries, and feedback.
- Use trends, algorithms, discussions, and user-generated content to improve community growth.
- Track audience sentiment and provide insights for content and engagement strategies.
Campaigns and Promotions
- Support project launches, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to amplify campaigns and maintain consistent messaging.
- Help select creative assets for campaign advertising placements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in social media management.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful social media strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, social media listening, and data analytics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and creative skills.
- Graphic design and video editing experience for reels is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, content creation, and growing connections.
