Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Conduct property presentations and viewings.
• Follow up consistently and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, projects, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records through the CRM.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate or a target-driven sales environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and commercially driven.
• Comfort working in a commission-based environment.
• Strong follow-up, networking, and client-management skills.
• International client exposure or experience with international markets is highly encouraged.
• Additional languages including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, or other languages are advantageous.

Compensation and Support

• The role offers a 50% commission structure and uncapped earning potential.
• Compensation is listed as AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month.
