To strengthen our recruitment presence in Abu Dhabi, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Abu Dhabi to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit top-performing Real Estate Consultants to join our growing Abu Dhabi team.
- Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract top-performing sales and real estate professionals.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company culture, role expectations, and performance standards.
- Manage timely communication and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards to track key metrics and hiring effectiveness.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring activities, and salary benchmarks within the real estate sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the real estate or sales industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UAE labour laws and recruitment best practices.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for people.
