Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify, attract, assess, and hire candidates for diverse client positions across multiple industries.
The role owns the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate presentation and supports an excellent candidate and client experience.
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment
- Create and publish job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and maintain talent pipelines.
- Identify passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
Assessment and Interviewing
- Conduct structured interviews assessing technical skills, communication abilities, cultural fit, and client requirements.
- Prepare interview evaluations and hiring recommendations.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with profiles highlighting strengths and qualifications.
Coordination and Client Collaboration
- Coordinate candidate and hiring-manager interviews and maintain communication throughout the process.
- Understand client hiring requirements, business goals, and company culture.
- Work with internal stakeholders to refine candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and keep pipelines organized.
- Support onboarding activities and continuously improve recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies.
Required Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar hiring role is required.
- Strong sourcing experience across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking is required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Structured interviewing, candidate assessment, organization, time management, ATS familiarity, and video conferencing proficiency are required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently while managing competing priorities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous.
- Remote or international recruiting, agency or staffing experience, Boolean search, advanced sourcing, and multi-industry recruiting experience are advantageous.
