The employer is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Specialist to support day-to-day human resources operations.
The role supports recruitment, employee engagement, and processes that contribute to a strong workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Support HR plans and initiatives that sustain a creative, high-performance culture.
- Manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination across creative, technology, and strategy teams.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
- Assist with performance reviews and track development plans.
- Organize engagement, wellness, and internal communication activities.
- Respond to employee questions about policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Support labor law, company policy, and documentation compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and basic analytics for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a relevant HR role.
- Recruitment and HR operations experience, ideally in creative, media, or technology-driven environments.
- Understanding of agency dynamics, project-based staffing, and freelance coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Working knowledge of HRIS tools and comfort with data and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in culture-building, DEI, and employee experience.
