Seeking an experienced Façade Foreman to supervise and manage façade installation activities on site.
The role requires safe, accurate work completed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily façade installation activities and site workers.
- Manage and allocate manpower, tools, and materials.
- Read and understand shop drawings and installation details.
- Supervise aluminium cladding, ACP panels, curtain walls, and façade systems.
- Ensure alignment, levels, dimensions, and finishing quality.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and QA/QC teams.
- Monitor progress and report to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve installation issues on site.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and working-at-height requirements.
- Coordinate materials and site readiness.
- Guide and train workers on installation methods.
Requirements
- Five to ten years of experience in façade or cladding installation.
- At least two to three years of experience in a Foreman or supervisory role.
- Strong hands-on experience with aluminium cladding, ACP, curtain wall, glazing, or façade systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings.
- Experience managing installation crews.
- Good knowledge of site safety requirements.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Immediate joining availability is preferred.
