Recruitment

• Identify staffing requirements, including job descriptions, skills, and competencies.
• Attract candidates through job portals and platforms, shortlist applicants, facilitate interviews, conduct background and reference checks, and negotiate employment contracts.

Induction and Performance

• Design and manage induction, onboarding, and training systems for newly recruited employees.
• Set KRAs and KPIs, appraise performance, identify development needs, facilitate training, and support employee morale and organizational growth.

HR Administration

• Handle employment contract renewals and terminations, visas, medical insurance, attendance, overtime, leave, payroll, gratuity, compensation and benefits.
• Implement policies and procedures, maintain employee records, and resolve grievances and conflicts.

Office Administration

• Manage tenancy contracts, licenses, registrations, certifications, insurance policies, and vehicle registrations.
• Manage office stationery, cleanliness, décor, and other general office administration responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience independently and successfully handling recruitment, induction, performance management, and HR administration.
• Experience in the fitout and construction field.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to work with high energy and enthusiasm and start quickly.
