About the Role
A leading real estate organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, supports workforce planning, and attracts talent across sales, corporate, and operational functions.
The role requires recruitment expertise, stakeholder-management skills, and experience hiring within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Maintain pipelines for sales, leasing, property management, facilities management, and corporate support roles.
- Track recruitment metrics, support candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or property management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and interview best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting real estate sales consultants, leasing consultants, brokers, property managers, and corporate functions is preferred.
- Networking, headhunting, stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities are preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE labor-market trends and recruitment best practices is preferred.
