The position requires an experienced drafting professional with strong construction documentation skills.
About the Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in swimming pool projects, water feature construction, and hard landscaping works.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting standards.
- Understanding of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and landscape coordination.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, and coordination abilities.
- UAE driving license and own car are advantageous.
About You
- Prepare shop drawings and construction drawings for swimming pools, water features, and hard landscaping projects.
- Develop layout, section, reinforcement, finishing, setting-out, detailed construction, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate drawings across civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines.
- Review specifications, design documents, and consultant requirements for compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and project changes.
- Maintain accurate drawing records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
