Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruitment for core logistics positions, including operations, warehouse, transportation, and supply chain roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment channel strategies through platforms, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and manpower planning.
- Provide insights on market talent supply, compensation benchmarks, and industry trends.
- Coordinate interview processes and provide regular recruitment progress reporting.
- Deliver professional candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and KPIs using an ATS system.
- Identify process optimization opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Compile reports on recruitment progress, talent pipelines, and market insights.
Qualifications
- At least five years of regional talent acquisition experience.
- At least two years of experience focused on logistics and supply chain recruitment.
- Deep understanding of the regional logistics talent market and competency requirements for operational and technical roles.
- Proven experience developing and using diversified recruitment channels to deliver talent targets.
