Sales and Business Development
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market coverage and drive revenue growth.
- Source and acquire new clients, maintain long-term partnerships, and conduct market research.
- Customize logistics and supply chain solutions, negotiate pricing and commercial contracts, and resolve client issues.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports for senior management, and analyze market trends to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to support smooth service delivery.
- Guide and motivate sales team members when applicable and align sales initiatives with corporate goals.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic and/or Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, client relationship management, and business development skills.
- Familiarity with logistics service and supply chain industry trends.
