About the client

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a group-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, managerial, and specialist positions across multiple functions.
- Build talent pipelines and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Use data, analytics, process optimization, and recruitment technology to improve recruitment excellence.
- Champion employer branding and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Proven track record of implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems; Oracle ATS is preferred.
- Experience recruiting senior leadership talent.
- Strong stakeholder management, workforce planning, influencing, and communication skills.
