Support the full recruitment process for roles within content, media, and influencer management teams.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment practices in a creative media environment.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, and assist with hiring documentation and onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Contribute to improving candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate pipeline coordination.
- Assist with hiring and interviewing, candidate evaluation, and interview organization.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using recruitment tools, social media platforms, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in talent acquisition, media, or influencer marketing is advantageous.
