Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The intern will capture and edit photo and video content with an iPhone for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
The role includes collaboration with creators, producers, and social media teams.
Core Activities
- Plan simple shot lists and film content in different locations.
- Edit footage with mobile and desktop applications into platform-optimized videos.
- Align visuals with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Assist with basic production tasks and organize media files.
- Track visual trends and features on major social platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong iPhone shooting skills with knowledge of framing, lighting, and composition.
- Proficiency with mobile and basic desktop editing tools and simple color correction.
- Good storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics for short-form content.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and current formats.
- Attention to detail, reliability with files and deadlines, and ability to follow creative direction.
- Effective communication and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment.
- Prior portfolio or sample work is highly beneficial.
- Relevant media, film, communications, or related studies are advantageous but not mandatory.
