Role Purpose

, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Interview Coordination & Scheduling:**
  • Manage the logistics of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, booking meeting rooms, and managing complex calendar invites.
  • **Candidate Experience Management:**
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience from the initial application through to the interview stage.
  • **ATS & Data Maintenance:**
  • Maintain the

Applicant Tracking System (Ats)

  • with high accuracy, moving candidates through workflow stages and ensuring data integrity for team reporting.
  • **Sourcing & Pipeline Support:**
  • Assist recruiters in identifying talent through LinkedIn and internal databases, with a specific focus on supporting our local talent initiatives.
  • **Onboarding & Compliance:**
  • Assist in the collection of required documents (IDs, certifications) to ensure all new hires meet labor law requirements and company compliance standards.
  • **Team Collaboration:**
  • Actively participate in team huddles and cross-functional projects, working closely with recruiters and HR partners to ensure collective hiring targets are met.
  • **Recruitment Reporting:**
  • Assist in pulling weekly metrics and KPIs to help the team track progress and optimize the hiring funnel.

Qualifications

  • **Experience:**
  • Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or administrative HR, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • **Administrative Excellence:**
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a "no task too small" mindset; ability to manage high volumes of data entry with precision.
  • **Communication:**
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • **Technical Aptitude:**
  • Tech-savvy with a desire to learn recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) and an interest in how data drives hiring decisions.
  • **Onsite Presence:**
  • Comfortable working
  • 5 days a week onsite
