About the Role
HungerStation is looking for a 3PL Management Specialist to drive partner performance, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure new partners generate orders. The role involves training, reporting, and resolving escalations to optimize operational metrics.

Responsibilities
- Drive partner performance cycle and ensure newly onboarded vendors are generating orders
- Design Vendor onboarding journey and satisfaction
- Train and create tools/materials/procedures to support the team
- Design communication strategy and templates with new vendors
- Maintain and share accurate reporting and tracking of team performance
- Create required data and reports daily to manage portfolio
- Create best practices and help resolve escalations from shop partners
- Perform structured actions to optimize operational metrics and achieve content excellence
- Create vendor feedback loop to address pain points
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
- Manage onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 1 3 years in sales & operations, account management, or relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advance leadership skills
- Intermediate data analytics skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Key Accountability Areas
- Drive partner performance cycle and ensure newly onboarded vendors are generating orders
- Ensure the number of new partners joining (70% passed)
- Design Vendor onboarding journey and satisfaction
- Train and create tools/materials/procedures to support the team
- Design communication strategy and templates with new vendors
- Responsible to keep partners from leaving in a short period
- Maintain and share accurate reporting and tracking of team performance
- Create required data and reports daily to manage their portfolio
- Create best practices with the team and help resolve escalations
- Perform structured actions to optimize operational metrics
- Create vendor’s feedback loop to make sure pain points are addressed
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- 1 3 years in sales & operations, account management, or relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advance leadership skills
- Intermediate data analytics skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required
