Job Summary
Lead tailoring sales, develop customer relationships, manage the sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Focus on achieving revenue targets, promoting bespoke tailoring services, and increasing repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for tailoring and custom-made garments.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Recommend suitable fabrics, styles, and tailoring options based on customer requirements.
- Promote bespoke tailoring services, alterations, and additional products.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Handle VIP and corporate clients and generate repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with tailors and production teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Develop sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives to increase revenue.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and customer preferences.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand presentation.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven sales management experience, preferably in tailoring, fashion, luxury retail, or bespoke clothing.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garments, measurements, and tailoring processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling VIP and corporate clients is advantageous.
- Five years of tailor background is required.
- Five years of Senior Sales Manager experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
