Lead all aspects of restaurant operations while delivering a high-quality menu and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Supervise shifts and ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Train employees on customer service practices, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Create staff schedules, track work hours, and maintain payroll data.
- Recruit employees, appraise performance, and provide feedback.
- Manage supplies, inventory, food preparation, sanitation, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and analyze revenue and expense reports and control operational costs.
- Review product quality and research vendors or suppliers.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Restaurant Manager is required.
- Restaurant background experience is required.
- English proficiency is required.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Food safety expectations
- Follow food safety and handling policies and maintain detailed kitchen logs.
- Verify appliance and food temperatures using appropriate tools.
- Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and appropriately.
- Maintain personal hygiene to the highest standards.
