Responsibilities
- Drive business development by promoting and selling Alstom’s short cycle services portfolio to end customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining healthy gross margins
- Gather customer insights, including hassle maps, stakeholder analysis, and competition analysis
- Analyze the installed base and align it with service solutions
- Engage with all levels of the customer organization, from depot management to Customer Directors
- Lead and develop capture plans with tender team support
- Ensure smooth contract transitions to Project Managers upon award
- Contribute to improving installed base data accuracy
- Provide continuous feedback to the Services Product Line to enable portfolio adjustments
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Engineering or Business (mandatory); a master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is desirable
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in sales of digital solutions and understanding of co creation sales approaches is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software and rolling stock technical background, including maintenance and operation, is an advantage

- Analyzing the installed base and aligning it with service solutions
- Engaging with all levels of the customer organization, from depot management to Customer Directors

All About You
