Responsibilities
- Ensure the coordination and execution of system engineering studies for the migration phase
- Lead the On Shore and Off Shore engineering teams to achieve project objectives
- Act as the primary interface on site with the Client, partners, sub systems, and third parties regarding the transport system migration
- Define and manage technical requirements for the migration phase
- Support risk analysis and mitigation strategies related to system migration
- Drive alignment between project stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards throughout the migration
- Monitor project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Facilitate communication between cross functional teams to address technical challenges
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of system migration processes in transportation or similar industries
- Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies and standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resilience in managing complex projects and tight deadlines
- Familiarity with project coordination in multi disciplinary and international teams
- Problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Leadership skills to guide teams across different locations
