- Ensure maintenance targets and contractual obligations are met to achieve project KPIs
- Review and validate completed work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive weekly schedule of work orders
- Collaborate with teams across OCC, FAMM, and Maintenance Team
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Requirements
- Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance workflows
- Familiarity with KPIs and performance analysis in maintenance operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Leadership skills to act as liaison between teams and stakeholders

Your Future Role
- Take on a new challenge and apply your Planning expertise in a new cutting edge field.
- You'll play a key role in ensuring maintenance targets and contractual obligations are achieved, contributing to the success of critical Riyadh metro L4, L5, and L6 maintenance operations.
- Day to day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (OCC, FAMM, and Maintenance Team), oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and much more.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring maintenance targets and contractual obligations are met to achieve project KPIs.
- Reviewing and validating completed work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive weekly schedule of work orders.

- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and maintenance workflows.
- Familiarity with KPIs and performance analysis in maintenance operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Experience or understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
- Leadership skills to act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
