This is a long-term contract role supporting a major Oil & Gas operator.
The role is Systems Completion Coordinator.
Location and Schedule
- The position is based at an onshore Qatar site in Ras Laffan.
- The working schedule is five days per week and 8-10 hours per day, or as required by the project.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Ensure systems completion requirements are reflected during FEED in operating readiness plans for applicable projects.
- Coordinate project-specific systems completion procedures with department handover procedures, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, comment resolution, and approvals for operating readiness plans.
- Monitor the systems completion software and database across multiple projects and report status.
- Coordinate resources for walkthroughs, inspections, check sheets, and punch list activities.
- Ensure punch descriptions, close-out, verification, and punch list controls meet company requirements.
- Coordinate review and approval of commissioning and start-up dossiers and certificates.
- Provide systems completion status and deliverable inputs for weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure commissioning procedures, work packs, Turnover and Completion Packages, and related deliverables are implemented.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Six years of multidisciplinary Oil & Gas experience involving systems completion management and project interface coordination.
- Experience managing systems completion databases and coordinating multiple parties to meet project deliverables.
