Role Overview

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience with large construction-related projects in the oil and gas industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory, acting, or personnel oversight role.

Knowledge and Experience

• Advanced knowledge of turnover and acceptance systems and completions software, including experience building completions databases.
• Experience developing, managing, and executing turnover and acceptance completions systems.
• Experience with project completions, project systemization, check sheet development and allocation, and commissioning documentation.
• Experience with oil and gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria for major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up activities.
• Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations relevant to project scope.
• Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
• Experience working in large-scale operating organizations such as operations, projects, or subsurface teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project completions databases.
• Support project completions and systemization activities.
• Develop and allocate completion check sheets.
• Write pre-commissioning and commissioning documents, procedures, and method statements.
• Provide oversight of service and vendor personnel where required.
• Apply relevant design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria to project activities.
