Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of mobile app backend systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance
- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure to support mobile applications
- Lead the integration of third party financial services, payment gateways, and banking systems
- Ensure compliance with FinTech regulatory requirements and security standards
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and security teams to align technical solutions with business needs
- Optimize backend performance and reliability through monitoring, logging, and automated testing
- Drive best practices in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud native solutions
- Document system architecture, integration workflows, and security protocols
- Stay updated with the latest trends in FinTech, cloud computing, and backend development
Requirements
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience as System architect/Solution architect
- Experience with financial services APIs, payment processors, and banking integrations
- Knowledge of authentication and security protocols (OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect)
- Strong Knowledge on designing / building scalable and secure backend/middleware
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Expert knowledge in system design, especially in fintech space
- Extensive experience in backend development and system architecture
- Strong knowledge of API design, RESTful services, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with programming languages like Java, Node.js, Go, Ruby, or C#
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in database management including SQL and NoSQL

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience as System architect/Solution architect.

- Certifications in cloud architecture, security, or backend development.

- Familiarity with fintech and its nuances in terms of backend design, transactional behaviors.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Compensation
- Pay: AED24,000.00 AED26,000.00 per month.
- Company provided visa, health insurance and yearly airfare.
