Responsibilities
- Establish, manage, and continuously improve PMO frameworks, methodologies, governance processes, and project controls
- Oversee and manage the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management activities
- Collaborate with cross functional departments including HR, Finance, Operations, and Business Units to ensure effective resource and budget alignment
- Monitor project health, performance metrics, and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Mentor, coach, and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators to enhance project delivery capabilities and professional growth
- Drive innovation, process improvement, and best practices in project management across the organization
- Act as the escalation point for critical project risks, issues, dependencies, and delays, ensuring timely resolution
- Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and other assignments as directed by Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Proven experience managing PMOs and large scale project portfolios
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and reporting capabilities
- Experience with project management tools and PMO governance frameworks

Overview

Requirements

Pay
- AED 7,000.00 AED 8,000.00 per month
