Role Overview
System Administrator responsible for internal network, server, endpoint, portal, and user administration.
The role requires 7-10 years of experience and experience handling multiple locations.
Start Timing
- Joining is required immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi systems to maintain continuous connectivity.
- Configure and maintain servers, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Monitor firewalls, routers, network switches, and VOIP phone systems.
- Provide employee support for software and hardware issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email backups, computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Maintain the website, domain, government portal users, and third-party portals.
- Support vendor and government-entity portal registration operations.
- Control inventory and negotiate third-party support and service contracts.
Technical Skills
- Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and access points.
- Windows, Mac, Microsoft Office Suite, and network configuration.
