Role overview
The role is an HR Executive position supporting a pharmaceutical production environment in Dubai.
Candidates with pharmaceutical, FMCG, or similar production experience are considered.
The position requires five to six years of HR experience, including one to two years of UAE experience.
Required experience
- Working knowledge of current UAE labor laws is required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or similar production environments is required.
- Experience with ERP and HRMS systems, payroll, final settlement, attendance, and HR operations is required.
- Experience handling plant shift duties, duty rosters, and time management is required.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding and support performance appraisals and other HR functions.
- Generate HR reports in different formats for presentation to the board.
- Process payroll, monitor attendance across Gulf countries, and handle visa processing.
- Manage plant shift duties, duty rosters, time management, payroll, and final settlements.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employment letters, leave administration, terminations, and employee records.
- Respond to employee queries promptly and escalate delays to the reporting manager.
