About the Role
Dr Soliman Fakeeh Hospital seeks a System Administrator to manage day-to-day operations of FCMS host servers, including monitoring, configuration, maintenance, and repair. - Manage day to day operations of FCMS host servers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair
- Maintain records of system downtime and equipment inventory
- Manage Windows, Linux, and Mac systems to ensure compatibility and efficiency
- Upgrade, install, and configure application software and server hardware
- Perform troubleshooting as required, leading problem solving efforts involving outside vendors and support personnel
- Establish, maintain, and manage user and email accounts
- Install, modify, and maintain systems and utility software on server computer systems
- Provide server support for other software
- Monitor and manage the progression of user cases and assigned tasks through to closure
- Ensure high availability and acceptable performance levels of mission critical host computer resources
Requirements
- Experience in server administration and system monitoring
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
