Role Overview

Clinical Duties
- Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
- Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects.
- Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assists physicians during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Observe and record patients' conditions and report significant changes.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Conducts purposeful rounding for patients.
- Adhere to strict infection control standards.
Administrative Duties
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
