The Role
We are seeking a dedicated
Swimming Pool And Landscape Engineer
to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of pool and landscaping projects—from design and site planning to construction, installation, and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- **Project Oversight:**
- Manage the design, construction, and maintenance of luxury swimming pools and landscape features.
- **Technical Excellence:**
- Create, review, and refine project plans and technical drawings using CAD and other design tools.
- **Site Supervision:**
- Supervise on-site installation and construction work to ensure strict adherence to design specifications.
- **Quality & Safety:**
- Ensure all works comply with UAE building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- **Collaboration:**
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- **Resource Management:**
- Efficiently manage budgets, materials, and schedules to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- Proven experience in swimming pool and landscaping projects (highly desirable).
- **Technical Skills:**
- Expert knowledge of landscape design, site planning, and construction techniques.
- Mastery of
- CAD software
- and technical documentation.
- **Project Management:**
- Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, and lead diverse on-site teams.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
