About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and detail landscape layouts and swimming pool systems, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation networks, and water features in coordination with project architects and consultants.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, supervise installation and construction works, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and resolve technical issues on site.
- Prepare project documentation, support tender and cost estimation activities, monitor schedules and quality, and collaborate closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Strong background in landscape and pool engineering, including design of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, drainage, filtration, and water feature systems.
- Proficiency in CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar) and ability to produce and review technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Experience with construction supervision, site coordination, and quality control for landscape and pool works, preferably on high end or complex projects.
- Knowledge of relevant UAE building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards related to landscape, pools, and MEP interfaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and detail orientation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on active sites.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC construction sector is highly desirable; professional certifications or memberships in relevant engineering bodies are an advantage.
