Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of high end construction projects
- Review drawings and specifications, prepare technical documents
- Assist with project scheduling and coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues
- Support procurement and material approvals
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to progress reporting, client and consultant meetings
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering and construction processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related engineering field
- Strong project engineering foundation with relevant skills
- Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in construction or contracting environments, preferably on high end projects in UAE or GCC
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and building codes
- Solid organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work on site full time in Abu Dhabi
- Proficiency in project related software (MS Office, MS Project or Primavera, basic CAD) is an advantage
- Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical work practices

Role Description
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of high end construction projects.
- Ensure work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
- Review drawings and specifications, prepare technical documents, assist with project scheduling.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.

Qualifications
- Strong project engineering foundation, including Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills.

- Experience in construction or contracting environments, preferably on high end projects in UAE or GCC.
