Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the project’s sustainability strategy and targets
- Review project designs, construction plans, and operational processes to identify opportunities for sustainability improvements
- Assist in integrating sustainability considerations into project decision making and lifecycle planning
- Monitor compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations and sustainability standards
- Conduct environmental impact assessments, audits, and site inspections
- Support the preparation of reports, permits, and submissions required for regulatory approvals
- Promote sustainable construction practices, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction
- Support the integration of renewable energy, low carbon materials, and resource efficient technologies
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure alignment with sustainability goals
- Collaborate with internal project teams, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities on sustainability initiatives
- Prepare sustainability reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders
- Track and report sustainability KPIs, including carbon footprint, waste diversion, and energy/water savings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability management, environmental compliance, or sustainable infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with international sustainability standards (LEED, BREEAM, ISO 14001, GRESB, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and resource efficiency practices
- Experience conducting environmental assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in sustainability assessment tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office suite

What Required Skills You'll Bring

- Master’s Degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability management, environmental compliance, or sustainable infrastructure projects.
- Experience on large scale infrastructure, airport, or construction projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with international sustainability standards (LEED, BREEAM, ISO 14001, GRESB, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and resource efficiency practices.
