• Support pitches, customer discussions and thought leadership activity where sustainability insight is central to the proposition.
• Use Brook Green’s own operational sustainability learning to create relevant customer-facing content and practical examples.
• Work with Marketing to produce regular, insightful sustainability content for customers, brokers and market stakeholders.
• Work with senior leadership to develop and maintain the sustainability roadmap.
• Build and lead a small sustainability team, ensuring operational, policy and commercial sustainability activity works as one joined-up function.
• Partner closely with Policy & Regulation, Business Development, Trading, Commercial and Marketing colleagues to hand over and scale proven propositions.
• Represent Brook Green externally with credibility, including through webinars, customer events and industry discussions.
• Strong understanding of the UK energy market, sustainability policy and the drivers of decarbonisation and flexibility.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Policy & Regulation, Trading, Commercial, Business Development and Marketing teams.
Able to build structure, improve reporting discipline and lead a small team in a fast-paced, growing business.
